Drop into self-care each week with intentional slow movement and gentle passive postures. Yin Yoga nurtures the fascia, connective tissues and bones of the body. This meditative practice will balance your nervous system and guide you to the depths of your being.

Align & Flow is a mindful, slower-paced yoga class that emphasizes form, stability and mindfulness. Poses are held to teach principles of proper physical and energetic alignment. Challenge your mind and body as you build strength, alignment and awareness in the longer holds. Great for yogis who are newer to the practice and seasoned practitioners looking to refine their practice.
