How would it feel to start the longer, higher energy days of summer feeling balanced, grounded and connected to what your constitution needs?
This longer workshop will explore what balance feels like physically and energetically in your body and mind. Using meditation, discussion, journaling and yin yoga we’ll cultivate balance through your seven primary energy centers or chakras.
Expect time for meditation, journaling, breath work and long supported yin postures.
Please bring a journal or notepad for the workshop.

You’ll receive a Level 1 Reiki attunement so you can use energy medicine to support yourself.
And we’ll find time for deep rest to support your nervous system.

This transformative workshop will offer you the time and space to reset your nervous system, balance your energy, and cultivate more space in your physical body. You will move through a series of supported Yin Yoga postures while Amy and Katie offer Reiki and sound healing to encourage both physical and energetic release. This two-hour practice will blend yin postures with reiki, sound healing, meditation, and breathwork techniques. Expect to leave feeling spacious, balanced, and restored.

Align & Flow is a mindful, slower-paced yoga class that emphasizes form, stability and mindfulness. Poses are held to teach principles of proper physical and energetic alignment. Challenge your mind and body as you build strength, alignment and awareness in the longer holds. Great for yogis who are newer to the practice and seasoned practitioners looking to refine their practice.
