Yin & Reiki sessions
Yin & Reiki classes and private sessions combine the long, supported holds of yin yoga with the energy-balancing benefits of Reiki.
This practice is offered as private sessions, group classes or small workshops.
sessions available both online and in person.
You will move through a series of supported poses (mostly seated and lying down) to create more physical space in your body while I use reiki holds to encourage both physical and energetic release.
