Yin & Reiki classes and private sessions combine the long, supported holds of yin yoga with the energy balancing benefits of Reiki.
This practice is offered as private sessions, group classes or small workshops.
These sessions are available both online and in person.
You will move through a series of supported poses (mostly seated and lying down) to create more space in your body while I use reiki holds to encourage both physical and energetic release.
