Yoga Teacher Training - Fall 2026
@ Hridaya Yoga, Buena Vista CO

with Kati Borrisova & Amy Hardwick

I'm honored to co-teach this 200-hour training alongside Kati Borissova at Hridaya School of Yoga in Buena Vista. It's rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and Prana Vinyasa, and it holds something I believe matters as much as the technique: real mentorship, from the very first weekend.

Stepping into the seat of teaching teachers asks for both humility and grace. Twenty-five years working with bodies has taught me I don't have it all figured out... but I'm ready to share what I've gathered along the way.

What this training offers…

Held in a small, intimate cohort, students begin practice teaching early and receive ongoing feedback and support throughout. Breath, movement, philosophy, energetics, and embodied awareness are woven together, not taught as separate subjects.

My part in this training leans into functional anatomy, movement mechanics, and intelligent sequencing. Whether you're building toward teaching or deepening your own practice, you'll leave with a clearer understanding of how the body actually works and how to teach from that understanding, not just a memorized sequence.

Training Details…

This training meets every other weekend, beginning October 23rd and running through March 21st, 2027.

Full training dates, tuition, and payment plan options are available on Hridaya's site.

Who this training is for…

You don't need to want to become a teacher to join. Some students come for a deeper personal practice. Others are ready to teach. All are welcome.

There are so many reasons people take a 200-hour training. Some want to teach in a traditional studio setting. Others are expanding an existing wellness practice… leading breathwork and nervous system work with clients, working with veterans in small groups, teaching kids, or simply bringing yoga into the work they already do.

And a meaningful number of students walk in with no intention to teach at all. They're here for the depth, the structure, and the chance to understand their own practice in a new way.

Whatever brought you here, you'll be met where you are.
