mentorship for yoga teachers
Teaching yoga is one of the most meaningful things you can do. It's also harder to navigate than most trainings prepare you for.
I work with a small number of teachers in ongoing 1:1 sessions: class feedback, sequencing, finding your teaching voice, building a sustainable business, and the questions that don't fit neatly anywhere else. It's a real conversation built around where you actually are.
This isn't a curriculum. It's the kind of support I wish I'd had when I started teaching.
why yoga teacher mentorship?
I remember what it felt like in the early years of teaching.
The training was finished. The students were in front of me. And there was so much I didn't know how to navigate…how to sequence with intention, how to find my voice (not my teacher’s voice), how to build something sustainable without burning out trying.
I wish I'd had someone to work alongside me.
That's what this is. Not a curriculum or a course. A real 1:1 conversation about where you are, what you're building, and what kind of teacher you want to be. We work on class planning, sequencing, hands-on assists, finding your voice, and building a sustainable business... whatever you actually need.
Twenty-five years in this work has taught me that the teachers who grow the most aren't the ones who follow a formula. They're the ones who get honest, specific support at the right moment.
If that support would be helpful, I'd love to talk.
Twice a month, online, with flexible class observation and recorded class feedback ~ plus email support between sessions to help you grow at your pace.
is yoga mentorship right for me?
If you're asking yourself any of these, it might be worth a conversation:
How do I make my classes feel more intentional?
How do I give feedback without losing the thread of the class?
How do I build a teaching path that's actually sustainable?
How do I start planning retreats or workshops?
Where do I even start with the business side?
You don't need to have it figured out. Whether you’re a newer teacher or someone looking to refine and expand your offerings, this mentorship helps you move forward with confidence.
what’s included?
We meet twice a month on Zoom - one session is always available for class observation or recorded class review, so feedback stays specific and grounded in your actual teaching.
Everything else shapes itself around where you are. What you're working on, what's feeling stuck, what you're building toward.
Email support between sessions for anything that comes up in between.
$250/month
how can mentorship support you?
class planning & sequencing
How to design classes that feel cohesive and intentional - for different levels, different containers, and in different environments.
language & cueing
Finding the words that actually land. Clear, confident cueing that serves your students and helps them to expand their practice.
class feedback
Honest, specific feedback on live or recorded classes; pacing, sequencing, alignment cues, overall flow. The kind of feedback that actually changes how you teach.
workshops, events & retreats
Planning and delivering work that extends beyond a single class. The container, the arc, the logistics, and how to make it feel like yours.
business & professional development
The part most trainings skip. What could a sustainable yoga career actually look like for you? Niche, offerings, online presence, sustainable income…all of it.
why work with me as your mentor?
Twenty-five years of practice and over a decade of teaching have taught me one thing above everything else: the most important growth happens after the training ends.
My background in massage therapy means I think in anatomy first - biomechanics, alignment, how the body actually moves and compensates. That thread runs through everything I teach.
I've also been building a wellness business for over two decades. I've made the mistakes, pivoted, rebuilt, and figured out, slowly what actually works and what doesn't. I share that openly, because you shouldn't have to navigate it alone.
My teaching roots are in Anusara, yin, restorative, and alignment-based vinyasa. I've led workshops, series, trainings, and retreats across all of it. And I've found that the best mentorship isn't about passing on a system, it's about helping you find what's true for you.
