“nourish your nervous system”

ojo caliente hot springs

women’s retreat

October 8th-11th 2026

ojo caliente, new mexico

A nervous-system focused retreat designed to help you feel deeply restored and more resilient.

A restorative long weekend to reset your nervous system, build self-awareness, and gather practical tools for everyday regulation.

Through nourishing, therapeutic practices, wellness education, and time in nature, you’ll develop a clearer understanding of what helps your system feel steady and supported — and how to return to those tools in daily life.

Why a retreat for your nervous system…

In a world of constant input and stimulation, many of us rarely get the chance to truly settle. This retreat offers support beyond short-term relaxation by sharing tools that help your system find steadiness and day-to-day balance.

This retreat helps you:
✔ Understand your nervous system in a practical, relatable way
✔ Experience what regulation and restoration actually feel like
✔ Learn tools you can use in daily life
✔ Create habits that support long-term resilience

This is not about doing more — it’s about learning how to support your system differently.

What Makes This Retreat Unique…

In addition to nourishing yoga practices, this weekend also includes education and practices specifically designed to support nervous system regulation and to help you integrate those practices back into your daily life.

We’ll weave together:

  • Accessible nervous system education (vagus nerve & polyvagal-informed learning)

  • Yin and restorative yoga

  • Slow, steady, strength-based practices that help to shift stress and reset anxiety

  • Reiki and breathwork

  • Mindfulness in nature

Some practices are deeply restful, while others are intentionally steady and strong — offering your system a chance to both settle and release.

You’ll leave not only feeling nourished, but with a clearer understanding of why these practices help and how to use them at home.

A Balanced Retreat Experience…

This retreat is designed to integrate meaningful practice with ample space to rest, explore, and receive.

Each day includes time to:

  • Soak in the hot springs

  • Enjoy hikes and nature on the property

  • Book spa or wellness treatments

  • Rest without a schedule

The spaciousness is intentional — your nervous system needs unstructured time to settle.

Integration & Support After the Retreat…

Support that extends past the weekend helps you build habits that really stick.

That’s why this retreat includes two virtual group integration sessions where we’ll:

  • Reflect on your experience

  • Support habit-building

  • Help you apply these tools to real life

This turns inspiration into sustainable change.

Is This Retreat for You?

This retreat is a good fit if you:

  • Feel run down, wired, or depleted

  • Want practical nervous system tools

  • Appreciate reflective practices that help you anchor inward

  • Are seeking restoration without intensity

  • Want support creating sustainable routines

No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and willingness to slow down.
